Reiki, Energy, Frequency & Vibration
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique used for relaxation that also promotes healing. A warm soothing energy flows from the hands of the practitioner to the client, promoting relaxation and releasing tension. Reiki can be done in person or can be shared at a distance. Reiki energy is only positive energy and comes from the divine. Someone receiving Reiki energy may feel heat or a cooling sensation, they may feel pulsing, a magnetic energy, pins and needles, a heaviness in the area that is in need of the clearing, and/or energy releases that will involuntarily move the fingers, the feet and the other extremities.
Reiki can help find one's spiritual path and assists them with clarity in their thinking, knowing and re-establishing their higher self (authentic self) and life purpose goals. When someone goes through stress or trauma, the brain tends to hold on to the memory but the body holds on to the emotion. We often think that we can just forget about something and move on, but in doing so, the emotion that the body holds, can manifest into a disease or disorder later on. Everything is energy, frequency, and, vibration. These stagnant, old, and low vibrational emotions that our body holds, can end up lowering your energy, frequency and, vibration.
When someone is in a higher vibration they start to manifest more positive aspects in their life. Regular things do not become too hard to handle and everything just works easier, more efficiently and seems to align perfectly. Raising your vibration is vital in maintaining a happy, healthy and prosperous life. Someone with a high vibration effortlessly can think in a positive way. They can find the silver lining in every situation. If you find yourself thinking negatively, try to flip it instantly into a positive or grateful thought. You'd be surprised how fast anyone can achieve this, it just takes a little patience with yourself and to think in a loving way.
Being grateful is one of the easiest ways to raise your vibration. Every time that we are grateful for a situation or thing, it attracts more to be grateful for. Always try to think of what you're grateful for, even if it's as small as having a cup of coffee. The more you practice thinking and saying what you're grateful for, the easier it becomes, and more things to be grateful for will start appearing in your life. Learning to love yourself as you are is also key, when we are kind and gracious with ourselves, things start to align better as we are in a higher vibration and frequency.

- Have Reiki sessions and/or Reiki healing experiences
- Being grateful, forgiving, being kind, respectful and accepting of yourself and others
- Getting more sleep
- Exuding love, joy and passion and positivity
- Enjoying the sunshine
- Laughing, smiling, hugging, singing & dancing
- Do a grounding technique
- Eating more raw, whole foods, greens, fruits and nuts
- Doing something creative that brings you joy
- Listening to relaxing music
- Letting go of the ego
